Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in the Pune Division.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, present Dreamwarez’s business application solutions, and guide potential customers through product demonstrations and consultations. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals.

Specialist will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding,



and provide basic product training and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights is also expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product overviews and basic onboarding support to customers.
- Ability to understand and explain software solutions, with good technical aptitude and willingness to learn product features.
- Proven experience in B2B software or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
