Qualifications / Skill-set Required: B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering) OR (Diploma - Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience),
Ability to lead a team of fabrication workers, Proficient with MS Office, Overall knowledge about computer & email

( Job Role & Duties )

Managing production / project execution activities efficiently.
Assigning work to subordinates (workers) and reporting daily output to Manager.
Maintaining & improving quality of production.
Tracking & continuous improvement in process time, suggesting ideas for improvement in processes.
Efficiently managing the human resource (workers) & maintaining high morale among team members.
Reporting & Documentation
Additional Responsibilities: Drawing Preparation, Customer Visits for installation / After-Sales Support, Machinery Maintenance, Local Procurement etc.
