Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales personnel who will support the sales team in exploring
new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and contributing to the company’s overall sales growth.
This role offers hands-on learning and field exposure, making it ideal for candidates who are eager to
build a robust foundation in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement
• Assist senior sales executives in identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote company
products.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and
maintain relationships.
Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.




• Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to support strategic planning.
Sales Support & Documentation
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer data in internal systems.
• Participate in product training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings.
Performance & Targets
• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs during the training period.
• Continuously improve performance by adopting best sales practices and learning from senior team
members.
Requirements
