You will be the first human voice our prospects hear. This is a straight outbound calling role: seven hours a night on the phone with US-based businesses, opening conversations, qualifying interest and booking demos for the founder. It suits someone who is comfortable with volume dialling, handles rejection well and can hold a confident business conversation with a US small-business owner or practice manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US prospects from a provided lead list
- Qualify businesses against our target profile and log outcomes in the CRM
- Book qualified demos and hand over clean, well-noted context
- Follow up by email and SMS on connected calls and no-shows
- Feed back on objections, pricing pushback and what is working on the phone
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years in outbound calling, telesales, SDR or international voice process
- Clear, confident spoken English that is easily understood by US listeners; a neutral or American accent is preferred
- Reliable availability for the full 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST window, five nights a week
- A quiet workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection and a working laptop with a headset
- Comfort with CRM tools, dialers and structured note-taking
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling SaaS, AI products or services into US healthcare, dental or home services
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Twilio or similar
ENGAGEMENT AND PAY
Independent contractor agreement, month-to-month, fully remote. Fixed pay of ₹16,000 per month, paid in INR.
