We are a startup software studio based out of Chennai. We are the rocket fuel for other startups across the world, powering them with extremely high-quality software. We help entrepreneurs build their vision into beautiful software products - web and mobile. We are building 15 products for the next three months at F22 Labs.

Our Tech stack is: Ruby on Rails, Angularjs, Meteor JS, Mongodb, MySQl, Redis, Heroku, AWS, Objective C , Swift 3, Android, Angular Material, Bootstrap, Ionic, Elasticsearch and Sketch.

We want a smart product designer to create amazing user experiences. As a UI- UX designer you will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a excellent user experience.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts , and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities





Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver storyboards,user flows, user stories, user journeys, process flows and sitemaps optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Requirements

Demonstrable UI-UX design skills with a solid portfolio.Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital settings.
Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wireframing tools.Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design; testing methodologies, subsystems, usability and accessibility concerns.
