Job Title: Accounting Manager (US Accounting) Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with strong expertise in US Accounting principles and team management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a robust understanding of accounting processes to manage daily operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and team activities. Lead, mentor, and support a small accounting team. Ensure proper cross-training within the team for operational continuity. Review and improve accounting processes and workflows. Perform and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready reconciliation files. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely completion of accounting tasks. Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Review and approve procurement invoices for payment processing.



Adapt to changing business requirements and prepare reports as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of US Accounting fundamentals and accounting processes. Experience managing and leading an accounting team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in balance sheet reconciliations and audit documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong organizational, leadership, and process improvement skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Prior experience in US Accounting or the outsourcing industry is preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
