Senior Engineer / Engineer

Job description:
Monitor day-to-day stores and material control activities at the project site.
Supervise receipt, inspection, identification, storage, preservation and issue of materials.
Maintain material registers, stock records, GRNs, issue slips and inventory documentation.
Verify quantities and condition of materials received against approved documents.
Monitor storage and preservation of mechanical, electrical, C&I;, civil and construction materials.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and material reconciliation.
Coordinate with EPC Contractor, Procurement, Construction and QA/QC teams regarding material requirements and deficiencies.
Monitor critical/short materials, surplus and slow-moving inventory.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of warehouse/storage areas.
Prepare periodic stores and inventory status reports for the PMC management.
House Keeping, Record Maintaining, Stacking of the materials with proper location,Random Physical stock verification of materials with respect to SAP.Traceability of stores documents and file management, compliances report against the audit report
