Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Cochin
Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Salary : Upto 5 -7 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires and positive candidate experience.
Schedule interviews, collect feedback, manage offer discussions, and coordinate joining formalities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
Use Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Recruit for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions.
Hire for roles in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality, Project Engineering, Product Development, and Supply Chain & Operations.
