We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated International Voice Support representative to join our team in India. This role involves providing high-quality customer support to our international clientele, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional voice support to international customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Document interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on product and service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting is preferred.
