Deputy Manager/ Executive

Job description:
Support day-to-day HR and personnel administration for the PMC project.
Coordinate manpower mobilization, joining, deployment, attendance, leave and demobilization.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, attendance and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, transportation, medical and other site facilities.
Support manpower planning and prepare HR/MIS and manpower status reports.
Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters and routine HR issues.
Coordinate with Project Manager and Head Office for recruitment, transfers and personnel requirements.
Maintain records related to insurance, statutory compliance and project personnel documentation.

Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
