Location: Rajkot (Saurashtra Region), Gujarat
Department: Sales – OTC Division Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer for our OTC Division. The ideal candidate must have prior OTC pharmaceutical sales experience in the Saurashtra region with robust relationships across chemists, distributors, and retailers. The role focuses on driving primary and secondary sales, expanding distribution, and achieving territory sales targets. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. Manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail chemists. Ensure product availability and visibility across the market. Appoint current distributors and expand market coverage where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists, stockists, and key customers. Execute promotional activities and recent product launches. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and reporting.



Submit daily call reports and weekly sales updates. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc./B.Pharm preferred). 2–6 years of mandatory OTC Pharma sales experience. Candidates must have worked in the OTC Division only. Saurashtra market experience is mandatory. Strong network with chemists, distributors, and stockists. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the territory. Valid two-wheeler and driving licence required. Preferred Companies Candidates from OTC-focused companies such as Himalaya Wellness, Haleon, Abbott, Dabur, Emami Healthcare, Zydus Consumer, Cipla Consumer, Mankind Consumer, Torrent OTC, or similar organizations will be preferred. Mandatory Criteria OTC Division experience is mandatory. Saurashtra territory experience is mandatory. Rajkot or nearby local candidates preferred. Candidates from Ethical/Prescription-only Pharma without OTC exposure will not be considered.
