Paisalo Digital Limited is looking to empanel experienced POSH Trainers to conduct regular employee awareness and sensitization programs in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
This is a freelance engagement for professionals who are passionate about creating secure, respectful, and inclusive workplaces through impactful training interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct POSH awareness and sensitization training sessions for employees.
Deliver specialized workshops for managers, supervisors, and leadership teams.
Facilitate orientation sessions for Internal Committee (IC) members.
Customize training content based on organizational requirements and audience profiles.
Share training materials, case studies, assessments, and participation reports post-session.
Keep training content aligned with the latest legal and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Proven experience in conducting POSH training programs for corporate organizations.
Strong understanding of the POSH Act, 2013 and related compliance requirements.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in training diverse employee groups across locations.
Certification or specialization in POSH training will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience with NBFCs, BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate organizations.
Experience in conducting both virtual and classroom sessions.
Ability to handle large employee groups and interactive workshops.
