? Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Executive (SDE) with 1+ year of experience in lead generation and outbound sales. Your primary focus will be researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, and executing outbound outreach to build qualified pipelines.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in international B2B sales and consulting services.

? Key Responsibilities

Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers

- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, databases, and web research
- Execute personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach




- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
- Work closely with the sales team to build pipeline
- Optimize outreach messaging and response rates

? Requirements
- 1+ year experience in B2B lead generation / SDE role
- Strong written & verbal English skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead tools
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Self-motivated and results-driven

? Good to Have
- Experience in engineering/manufacturing domain outreach
- Tools: Apollo, Hunter, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
- Understanding of international markets (EU/UK)
