We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team across Wood Square and Ocimum. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, presales, tender/GeM teams, accounts, production and dispatch to ensure smooth execution of enquiries and orders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up ability, and proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office tools.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team for daily enquiries, quotations and customer requirements. Maintain and update enquiry and sales follow-up records. Follow up with sales executives for pending enquiries and quotations.

Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports. Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations and presentations where required. Track quotations from submission to order confirmation. Process sales orders and coordinate internally for timely execution.

Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders and customer documents. Government / GeM / Tender Support Coordinate with the tender and sales teams for Government enquiries.



Assist in collecting required technical and commercial documents for tenders.

Coordinate with the GeM team for product listings, bids and order-related requirements.

Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint . Ability to maintain MIS and sales reports. Valuable organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work with multiple departments simultaneously. Basic understanding of quotations, purchase orders, invoices and sales processes. Good email communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
