Position: Head of Service
Location: Chennai
Experience: 15 years of experience in Vehicle Service, with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership in commercial sector
Salary : Upto 28 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Prepare an action plan to meet the financial target of the region based on market conditions, monitor the achievements, take corrective action if the target is not achieved.
Observe Workshop activities like vehicle flow, outflow and residual vehicles in the shop floor and initiate actions for any debottlenecking that may be required.
Drive creative customer satisfaction /retention programs to deliver greater Customer Delight Index
Lead the implementation of any recent initiatives required to improve dealerships' operations and customer experience.
