Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring coordination across frontdesk, sales, trainers, and housekeeping while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
Drive membership sales, renewals, and personaltraining revenue, track performance metrics and implement strategies to meet targets.
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff; conduct performance reviews, schedule workforce, and foster a customercentric culture.
Manage budgets, control expenses, prepare MIS reports, and ensure financial accuracy and profitability.
