Job Title: Senior Delivery Lead
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Client Location – 5 Days a Week)

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned skilled to take on a critical client-facing role, leading
a large engagement, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving excellence in delivery
governance. The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills with a proven record of managing complex client relationships and
PMO operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a large-scale engagement with accountability for delivery, client
satisfaction, and overall program success.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with client
objectives and organizational standards. Drive stakeholder management across multiple levels – from client executives to
internal leadership and delivery teams.
• Oversee PMO activities, including project planning, tracking,



risk management,
staffing needs and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain key project dashboards and reports to track KPIs and
ensure transparency in delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities, providing
timely resolution strategies.
• Manage complex client expectations with a focus on long-term relationship
building and value creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience (12+ years) in managing large engagements or portfolios.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
influence and collaborate effectively across levels.
• Experience in PMO functions — including project governance, reporting, and
metrics management.
