The objective of this job is to lead and manage all Process Engineering related activities at the plants, and ensure timely completion of related. Role holder would also be responsible for compliance control of management policies & procedures, AITF, EMS, OHSAS. Role holder is also expected to facilitate Plant targets on PQCDSME , undertake resource planning and resource development and support problem solving on current /potential issues
Oversee installation & commissioning of recent equipment / machinery / utilities at the Plants
Ensure implementation of Level A& Level B MPS projects, automation / improvements in plants
Undertake short term capacity planning for the plants
Ensure implementation of ECR/ECNs in running product and model variants under NPD
Oversee updation of PFDs, PFMEA, work instructions, BOM,



routing sheets
Ensure development and deployment of resources and support problem solving on current / potential issues
Ensure event calendar preparation ensuring compliance to Internal/External/CSR activities
Ensure training & development of team members
Analyzed customer engineering drawings, specifications and RFQ requirements to perform purchase of production line related facilities.
