Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Associate - Mechanical - Buildings Services to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead mechanical systems projects and initiatives while providing technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and related infrastructure. Lead and oversee mechanical systems projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Design, analyze, and optimize HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems for commercial and residential buildings
Mentor and supervise junior mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance on technical matters and career development




Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD software and industry-standard tools
Ensure all mechanical systems comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot mechanical system issues, implementing effective solutions
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize system performance and longevity
Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements for energy efficiency and cost reduction
Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in building services
