Job Description:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the sales team.
Follow up with leads, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Maintain customer records and update
Coordinate with sales, finance, insurance, and service teams.
Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage inbound calls and schedule appointments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software
Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
ATTRACTIVE SALARY & INCENTIVE
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
