Leadership Role
• Leading the entire Sales and Marketing Function of the organization - Domestic & International Channel Sales & B2B &B2C; Sales

• Showcase the capabilities of the company at various industrial forums, both in India and internationally, like Trade Fairs, conferences, etc.

Strategic Role:
• Design new product-market strategies, build relationships with customers and Industry associations and industry bodies towards brand building for the company
• Deliver an optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the departments goals as well as the overall goals of the business
• Implementing sales strategies that further the departments agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
• Develop marketing strategies to increase the demand for the company's products




• Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits
• Design go-to market strategy and incentivize channel partners to go after right market segments, competitors resulting in business growth
• Closely monitor and analyze developments in the regulatory and statutory setting in the metal industry to identify prospects and threats beforehand to guide and direct the company’s strategy accordingly
• Closely observe the brand and make forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market
• Evaluate performance of the current product portfolio and recommend optimization avenues
Collaboration:
• Work closely with Product Development and R&D; teams to identify, evaluate and develop current product offerings in line with market trends and company objective.
