Position 1: Receptionist

Responsibilities:
Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
Provide information about courses, admissions, and fee structures.
Schedule appointments and maintain student records.
Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff.
Manage front office operations and ensure a positive experience for visitors.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
Well-organized, presentable, and professional.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Position 2: Cashier

Responsibilities:
Collect and process student fee payments.




Maintain accurate records of receipts, transactions, and daily cash reports.
Issue fee receipts and manage payment documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts and administration team.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.
Assist with other administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier or in handling accounts is preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management.
Good numerical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with computer-based billing or accounting software is an advantage.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
