Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kadavanthara, Kochi.

Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and enquiries
Respond to customer messages through WhatsApp
Provide skilled customer support and assistance
Follow up with customers when required
Maintain explicit and polite communication with customers

Requirements
Positive communication skills
Basic Tamil speaking ability preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
