Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Client Relationship Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves visiting clients, promoting our labour law consultancy services and HR Software, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing clients to promote company services and software
Generate new business opportunities through field marketing activities
Convert leads into clients through effective follow-up and relationship building
Present and explain company services clearly to clients
Maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients




Maintain records of client visits, leads, and conversions

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or client handling
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Positive interpersonal and presentation skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in field marketing or B2B sales
Knowledge of consultancy or service-based business
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Salary

Based on Performance
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
