The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete Human Resources function of Continental Mercantile Corporation (CMC), including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, performance management, payroll coordination, disciplinary matters, HR documentation, staff welfare and implementation of company policies.
The HR Manager will work closely with the Management and Branch Managers to ensure that CMC maintains a qualified, disciplined and productive workforce across its Head Office and branches.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
