Job Description – Media Buyer Intern (Meta Ads)

About Us

Parrot Media is a quick-growing digital marketing agency working with 50+ brands across fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, skincare, and D2C. We specialize in performance marketing, creative strategy, and brand growth. We are looking for a Media Buyer Intern (Meta Ads) who is passionate about paid advertising and eager to gain hands-on experience in managing live ad accounts with real spends and projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the performance team in planning, creating, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Work directly on live client ad accounts with good spends, gaining practical exposure to campaign management.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target groups.
Monitor and track ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
Support in A/B testing creatives, copies, and audiences.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with client goals.





Requirements
Fresh graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Robust interest in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager is a plus (training will be provided).
Analytical mindset with a love for numbers and performance tracking.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment.
