About the Role

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury events and weddings?

We're looking for a Bride's Right Hand Intern to work closely with an HNI bride throughout her wedding journey. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury wedding planning, coordination, and personal assistance while creating unforgettable memories.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the bride's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate with designers, makeup artists, photographers, wedding planners, and other vendors.
Accompany the bride for shopping, trials, fittings, meetings, and venue visits.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, logistics, and last-minute changes.
Track timelines, follow-ups, and ensure every task is completed on schedule.
Act as the primary point of coordination to ensure seamless execution throughout the wedding journey.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Eligibility
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.




Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Flexible to travel and work extended hours when required.
Trustworthy, dependable, and proactive.

Preferred Skills
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Canva.
Solid coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Positive time management and attention to detail.
