Key Responsibilities
Handle daily basic bakery and dessert production using the existing kitchen setup.
Prepare cakes, brownies, cookies, cheesecakes, desserts, breads and other bakery items as required.
Develop straightforward, cost-effective bakery and dessert products suitable for our menu.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation and portion size.
Manage bakery ingredients, production planning and minimize wastage.
Maintain proper hygiene, food safety, storage and FIFO practices.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef for menu requirements, events and special orders.
Maintain recipe standards and assist in controlling food costs.
Keep the bakery/work area clean and organized.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
