Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery to ensure maximum uptime.
Diagnose mechanical faults, repair equipment, and replace defective components.
v Replace worn or damaged mechanical parts such as bearings, belts, couplings, and shafts.
Valuable knowledge of CNC Machines , Conventional Machines and their mechanical maintenance, alignment, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with EOT Cranes, including mechanical components such as wire ropes, brakes, wheels, couplings, gearboxes, and limit switches.
Maintain mechanical systems such as compressors, conveyors, motors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot recurring issues, and maintain maintenance records.
Maintain housekeeping in the maintenance area and ensure proper use of tools.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Electrical Maintenance teams for spare parts, maintenance planning,



and continuous machine improvement.

Skills Required:
Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
Hands-on experience with CNC Machines, Lathe Machines, Boring Machines, EOT Cranes, Goliath, and Industrial Heating Ovens.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience in shaft alignment, machine assembly, and precision fitting.
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
