About the Role

AENA Events is looking for a confident and proactive Client Relations & Vendor Coordination Executive to handle client calls, follow-ups, quotations, and vendor coordination while ensuring smooth event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls, enquiries, and WhatsApp communication.
Follow up with leads and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and share quotations/packages.
Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, and other vendors.
Collect vendor quotations and coordinate bookings.
Coordinate between clients, vendors, and the internal team.
Track enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and payments.
Maintain client and vendor records.
Assist with event planning and execution when required.
Build strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements
Excellent communication and phone-handling skills.
Strong follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.




Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple clients and events.
Experience in event management, sales, hospitality, or customer relations is an advantage.
