Key Responsibilities:Electrical Maintenance
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Handle minor electrical repairs, wiring, lighting, switches, UPS, and power-related issues.
Monitor DG set, power backup systems, and electrical safety measures.

Plumbing & Civil Works
Attend plumbing issues such as leakages, blockages, and water supply problems.
Carry out minor civil repair works including painting, patch work, and false ceiling repairs.
Ensure proper maintenance of washrooms and water systems.

HVAC & Facility Maintenance
Monitor and support maintenance of Air Conditioning systems.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and AMC activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and utilities.

Carpentry & General Repairs
Handle minor carpentry works such as furniture repair, door alignment, locks, and fixtures.
Perform day-to-day maintenance activities across office premises.

Safety & Compliance




Follow workplace safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain maintenance logs and report major issues to management immediately.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Support Activities
Assist during office events, infrastructure setup, and shifting activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams when required.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and HVAC maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance practices.
Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns.

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
Certification in electrical or maintenance works will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
