Job Summary

Sign Restaurant is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Captain (F&B; Service) to lead the restaurant service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the restaurant service team.
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent customer service.
Allocate tables and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
Take and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order execution.
Train and guide stewards to maintain high service standards.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the dining area.




Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards and company policies.
Assist in shift closing, billing coordination, and daily operational reporting.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and customer handling.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
