Cook / Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Cook / Kitchen Helper to manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen at Cafe Miranda.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook and plate dishes according to Cafe Miranda’s standards and recipes.
Ensure all orders are prepared accurately, consistently and sent out on time.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely order dispatch.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety throughout the kitchen.
Keep the kitchen, workstations, equipment and storage areas clean and organised.
Organise and maintain the refrigerator, freezer and kitchen storage.
Check ingredients regularly and ensure proper storage, labelling and rotation.
Take proper care of all kitchen equipment and report any damage or issues.
Assist with daily kitchen preparation,



mise en place and closing duties.
Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when ingredients or supplies need to be replenished.
Minimise wastage and ensure ingredients are handled responsibly.
Maintain the overall organisation and smooth functioning of the kitchen during service.
Take responsibility for the quality and presentation of food going out to customers.

The ideal candidate should be reliable, punctual, clean, organised and able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting. Previous café or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
