Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction, office interior works, plumbing and electrical coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor building construction and civil works, including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing activities.

· Prepare, read, and interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

· Manage office interior works and modular furniture installation, including workstations, partitions, storage units, reception areas, and other furniture works.

· Monitor manpower, materials, workmanship, quality, and project progress to meet project schedules and standards.

· Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.





· Prepare daily and weekly site reports, material requirements, work measurements, and progress updates.

· Identify site-related issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution to minimize delays and rework.

· Ensure proper finishing, safety, snag rectification, quality control, and project handover in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Valuable knowledge in AutoCAD.
2–4 years of relevant site experience.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Two-wheeler with driving License required.
Hindi speaking added in advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
