Position: HR Fresher (IT Recruitment)

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes according to job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in job posting and recruitment-related activities.
Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Eligibility:
Freshers pursuing or completed an MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in recruitment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
