Roles & Responsibilities –
Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Negotiate pricing and assist customers through the booking process.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and submit regular sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
