Job Role: Telesales Executive
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Monthly Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Explain Get Set Learn's courses and learning programs.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful enrollments/sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or Customer Sales.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.




Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with target-based outbound calling.
