Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and building a robust sales pipeline for reusable food container solutions.

The Sales Business

Development professional will engage in market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and will translate these insights into effective sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting product offerings,



negotiating terms, providing customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage client interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation capabilities and sales prospecting skills to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or the packaging/food storage industry is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
