About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Associate to support our business growth.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who enjoys communicating with people, researching new markets, following up with prospects and learning how technical products are converted into business opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales, R&D;, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams while interacting with potential customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and current business opportunities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through research, databases, networking and industry platforms
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails and online meetings
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for suitable responses
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and product information




- Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, quotations and commercial discussions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM
- Conduct basic market, competitor and industry research
- Support exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs and customer meetings
- Assist with sales and business-development reports and documentation

What We Are Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confidence in communicating with customers over phone, email and meetings
- Good research, follow-up and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Commercially curious and willing to learn technical products
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable taking ownership of follow-ups
- Interest in B2B sales and business development
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings or industry events when required
- Available to work full-time from our Sativali, Vasai East facility

Prior sales experience is not mandatory. Candidates with the right communication skills, attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Compensation₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Performance-based incentives will be applicable after successful completion of the probation period.

Location PreferenceCandidates from Vasai, Virar, Nalasopara, Palghar, Mira Road, Bhayandar and nearby areas will be preferred.
