Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our vibrant entertainment team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our brand, driving ticket sales, promoting events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across our entertainment venues. Your ability to engage with diverse audiences, understand customer needs, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting event attendance.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the audience experience, contributing to revenue growth, and supporting the execution of high-profile entertainment events.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through face-to-face,
phone, and digital channels to promote and sell event tickets and packages.
- Provide detailed information about entertainment offerings, including show schedules, pricing, seating options, and special promotions.
- Utilize analytical thinking to identify customer preferences and recommend tailored event experiences.
- Manage client inquiries and reservations with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate with event coordinators, marketing teams, and venue staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming entertainment events, promotions, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Assist in maintaining sales records, reporting performance metrics, and contributing to sales strategy refinement.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles within the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Proven verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with diverse audiences.
- Solid analytical thinking to interpret customer behaviour and optimize sales approaches.
- Demonstrated client handling expertise, including managing expectations, resolving issues, and building rapport.
- Proficiency in client coordination, including scheduling, follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
- Passion for entertainment, live events, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
