Role Description The Sales and Production Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will manage client relationships, drive current business opportunities, and oversee sales pipelines for film, digital, and branded content projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, preparing proposals and budgets, negotiating terms, and ensuring clear communication throughout the production lifecycle.

The role also involves planning and tracking production schedules, collaborating with creative and technical teams, managing resources, and monitoring deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.



The Sales and Production Manager will work closely with leadership to align project strategies with studio goals and contribute to sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, client relationship management, and business development skills for media, entertainment, or creative industries
- Experience in production management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams (writers, directors, producers, editors) and translate client needs into clear production plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is highly beneficial
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of film, video, or digital content workflows and basic understanding of post-production processes
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced studio environment and coordinating with external partners and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, media, communications, or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute
- Prior experience in a production house, studio, agency, or entertainment company is an advantage
