B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
3–8 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Technical Sales.
Experience in industrial products, electrical equipment, EPC, OEM, infrastructure, power, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.
Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop business from existing customers while acquiring new accounts.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and client meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotation preparation, order execution,



and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular MIS and sales reports.
Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries, proposals, and payments.
Travel extensively for customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Possess robust knowledge of electrical products, industrial solutions, or project-based sales.
Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Be proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and CRM/ERP software.
Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently.
Be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
