Job Description – Design Engineer (Bridge Bearings ,Noise Barrier & Expansion Joints)

Position: Design Engineer

Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh

Industry: Manufacturing – Bridge Bearings, Noise Barrier & Expansion Joints

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 CTC per Month

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare design and calculations for bridge bearings and expansion joints.
Develop detailed engineering drawings and design documentation.
Review project specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams for design execution.
Ensure designs comply with relevant IRC, IS, and project standards.
Support technical discussions with clients and consultants.
Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
Requirements
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Structural Engineering.
Experience:



1–3 years in the design of bridge bearings, expansion joints, bridge structures, or related infrastructure products.
Freshers with solid academic knowledge and interest in bridge design are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software such as STAAD.Pro, MIDAS, or similar will be an added advantage.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in bridge infrastructure, highway, or structural engineering projects.
Knowledge of IRC/IS codes related to bridge design.
Self-motivated and able to work in a manufacturing setting.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
