Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize machine downtime.
Carry out maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, valves, cooling towers, and utility equipment.
Handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems, belts, chains, bearings, couplings, and drives.
Read and understand mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and P&ID; diagrams.
Conduct regular inspection and condition monitoring of machinery.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and perform Why-Why analysis / RCA.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
Coordinate with production and other maintenance teams for breakdown and planned maintenance activities.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts and support inventory planning.
Maintain equipment in secure and reliable operating condition.
Follow EHS, LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
Maintain records and update maintenance activities in CMMS/software such as Bitrix or other maintenance management systems.





Required Skills
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, compressors, conveyors, bearings, and rotating equipment.
Valuable understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
Basic computer knowledge and maintenance documentation skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing plants, FMCG, automotive, engineering, or industrial maintenance will be preferred.
