Job Summary

As a Commercial Executive at Mobitech, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective customers, providing information about our products and services, addressing inquiries, and driving sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, customer-centricity, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote Mobitech's products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Collect customer feedback and maintain records.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional relationship with customers.
Follow up on leads and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in EEE, ECE, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.
Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.




Knowledge of additional languages such as Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
