Position: Calling Agent / Telecaller

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Calling Agent who can communicate confidently with customers in Kannada.

Requirements
Kannada language is mandatory.
Minimum 1.5 years of calling/telecalling experience preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work with performance targets.
Positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers.
Explain products/services clearly.
Follow up with customers and leads.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain call and customer records.
Achieve assigned performance targets.

Salary & Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + attractive incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
