Job Title: Production Floor Incharge
Location: Sector 70
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production activities.
Check the quality of raw materials (wood, fittings, etc.) before production.
Supervise carpenters and production staff.
Monitor product quality during production and conduct final quality checks.
Ensure timely production with proper finishing and quality standards.
Coordinate with the production team to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
Experience in woodwork, furniture, or swing manufacturing.
Ability to manage carpenters and skilled/semi-skilled workers.
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality inspection.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
