Key Responsibilities
Lead concept development with a solid design rationale, translating ideas into high-quality visual outputs
Develop detailed 3D interior and exterior visualizations with a premium, up-to-date design approach
Perform advanced spatial planning, layout optimization, and functional design solutions
Select and propose materials, finishes, lighting, and textures that enhance overall design quality
Prepare accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD for execution
Create highly realistic renders using SketchUp (with rendering tools like V-Ray / Enscape preferred)
Collaborate with architects, clients, and project teams to refine design concepts
Support project documentation and coordinate with vendors when required
Stay updated with global design trends, materials, and visualization techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid expertise in SketchUp and AutoCAD (mandatory)
Proven experience in creating high-end 3D interior and exterior visualizations
Excellent understanding of lighting,



materials, textures, and composition
Strong sense of modern, contemporary, and luxury design aesthetics
Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling presentations
Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render is a Must.
Good knowledge of construction detailing and execution drawings
Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience
Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in interior design / 3D visualization
