Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
To Ensure the maintenance of inward and outward registry of materials.
Demonstrate effective inventory management activities

Responsibilities:
Responsible to record and maintain all material inwards.
Responsible for stocking of the received materials as per required standards
Responsible to record shelf life of the materials.
Responsible to record and maintain all material outwards.
Provide materials as per approved material request.
Responsible to record and update inventory list as per the approved categories
Coordinate with the purchase team for material transfer.
Responsible to maintain all documentation related to the materials.
Responsible to ensure safety standards at stores.
Ensure to communicate all issues at stores to the management and acquire solution.
Ensure to capture all transactions through ERP.
Ensure to validate the materials received against the purchase order and escalate at time of discrepancy.
Responsible to prepare and submit monthly inventory reports.
