Job Description: Real Estate Team Lead

We are looking for a agile and experienced Real Estate Team Lead to manage, mentor, and drive the performance of a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
Allocate and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Assist in closing key deals and handling client escalations.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
